Oh My Pleasure provides sex therapy and education services for adults and couples who want to transform how they show up in their sex lives.

Through our training programs we also provide support and education to clinicians seeking to increase their knowledge of sexual health.

We are guided by the Six Principles of Sexual Health: Consent, Non-Exploitation, Honesty, Shared Values, Protection from STIs, and Pleasure. We utilize evidence-based therapy practices to guide all our training and interventions. Our specializations include out of control sexual behavior (aka sex addiction), kink/poly/fetish/erotic blueprint exploration, supporting gender transition, LGBTQIA2S affirming therapy, neurodivergent sexuality, medical conditions affecting intimacy, sexual functioning concerns, and sexual trauma.
